Most of our people started on the review floor. Auditors, supervisors and a good share of our operations staff came up that way, because the only reliable way to judge a marginal plate is to have keyed a few hundred thousand of them.

Sample and score live output, categorise errors and feed targeted retraining. Usually a step up from the review floor for people with a strong accuracy record.

Supervisor
Adjudicate escalations, manage queue health and coach reviewers. Promoted from the floor, because adjudicating a marginal call quickly is a skill you can only build by doing the work.
Technology
Back-office and integration
Analysts, developers and QA engineers working on MIRS and on client back-office integrations. Tolling domain knowledge is taught here; you do not need to arrive with it.
Client-facing
Customer service
Voice, email and written correspondence for tolling programmes. Trained on the transaction, not just the script, because most customer questions are domain questions.
Corporate
Programme and business development
US-based roles in programme leadership, contracting and agency relationships, working with toll authorities and systems integrators.
