Privacy Policy
This policy covers information collected through accutechdc.com. Client data handled under contract is governed by that contract and by our security and data governance commitments, not by this page.

What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you complete the contact form we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. If you apply through the careers form we also receive your location, the role family you selected and the résumé file you attach.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
Enquiries are used to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, to administer it. Applications are held on file and reviewed against openings. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to train any automated system.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while a business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Applications are retained for up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. If we add analytics we will update this page before doing so.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@accutechdc.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those.
Client and toll transaction data
Toll images, transaction records and registration data processed for agency clients are not covered by this policy. That data is handled under the terms of the relevant contract, is treated as purpose-limited under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act where applicable, and is never used for any purpose other than delivering the contracted service. Security
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a monitored company mailbox. Access is limited to staff who need it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
