Solutions

Image review is the core. These sit next to it.

Staffed from the same delivery centers, trained on the same domain, held to the same controls. Everything here is available on its own or bundled with review.

01 — Core service

Manual image review

Double-blind jurisdiction and plate review at 99.97%+ accuracy, 15 to 20 million images a month. Supervisor adjudication on every disagreement, reason-coded dispositions, and a complete audit trail on every transaction.

Full service detail →

  • Four independent reads per plate
  • Configured to your plate rules and reason codes
  • Surge capacity without a change order
  • Aging held to your service levels

02 — Read-rate improvement

ALPR and LPR support

Your automated read rate is the single biggest lever on your review cost, and most agencies have no reliable ground truth to tune it against. We do — because we produce it every day, at volume, with four reads behind every answer.

We build ground-truth data sets from our own reviewed output, analyse where your engine is failing and why, and work with your ALPR vendor on threshold and configuration changes that raise automation instead of just shifting the problem.

  • Ground-truth sets from verified review output
  • Confidence-threshold analysis and tuning support
  • Failure-mode analysis by plate type and jurisdiction
  • Capture-quality trending by gantry, lane and time of day
  • Specialty and out-of-state plate coverage gaps identified

03 — Downstream processing

Violation and pay-by-mail support

Once a plate is identified, the work is only half done. We support the processing that turns an identified plate into a collected toll — registered-owner workflow, notice preparation, and the dispute research that follows.

Registration data is handled as purpose-limited under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, supporting your authorised lookup process rather than asserting independent access to restricted networks.

  • Registered-owner workflow support
  • Notice preparation and quality checking
  • Dispute and correspondence research
  • Undeliverable and returned-mail handling
  • DPPA-aligned handling throughout

04 — Customer contact

Customer service centre support

Overflow and dedicated capacity for voice, email and written correspondence, staffed by people trained on tolling rather than reading a generic script. A customer disputing a pay-by-mail notice is asking a domain question, and the answer needs to come from someone who understands the transaction.

  • Voice, email and correspondence handling
  • Overflow, after-hours or dedicated teams
  • Agents trained on tolling transactions and disputes
  • Quality monitoring and scorecards per agent
  • Escalation paths agreed with your CSC management

05 — Staff augmentation

IT staff augmentation

Technical people who already know what a disposition code is. Hiring generic contractors into a tolling programme means paying for six months of domain ramp-up before anyone is useful. Our people come from an operation that processes tolling transactions at scale.

Onshore in Texas, offshore in India, or blended — under your management, on your platform, at your direction.

  • Back-office system analysts
  • Integration and interface developers
  • QA and test engineers
  • Production support and monitoring
  • Business analysts for violation and CSC workflows
  • Reporting and data analysts

The platform

All of it can run on MIRS.

MIRS platform →

MIRS is our own manual image review system. Take it as a managed service, license it for your own team, or deploy it inside your environment — and keep the reporting in one place whichever mix of the above you use.

Most engagements start with one line of work and grow. There is no minimum you have to commit to first.
